Prestige Sashes (“we”, “us”) makes custom sashes and celebration pieces in Ghana. This policy covers the information handled by this website, including the sash builder and our order and contact forms.

We collect only what we need to make and deliver your order:

• Order details: your name, email address, phone number, event type and date, quantity, and any notes you add.
• Your design: the sash you compose in the builder, including any text, names, crests, logos or photos you upload to appear on it.
• Newsletter email: if you choose to subscribe in the footer.
• Usage data: standard analytics collected through cookies (see section 5), such as pages visited and approximate location, used in aggregate to understand how the site is used.

We do not collect payment card details on this site. Payment is arranged directly with you when your order is confirmed.

• To produce the sash you designed and deliver it to you.
• To contact you about your order, normally on WhatsApp, using the phone number you provide, or by email.
• To respond when you reach out to us.
• To send the newsletter you subscribed to (you can stop any time).
• To keep the site working well and understand what to improve.

We never sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers below.

The site runs on Vercel, and order information is stored in our database and file storage hosted by Vercel and Neon. Conversations you start on WhatsApp are governed by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. Analytics are provided by Google Analytics and Meta; they receive the usage data described above, not your order details.

We use cookies for analytics (Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel) so we can see how the site is used and how people find us. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site keeps working without them.

Order records are kept for as long as we need them to support you and to keep honest business records. If you would like an old order or your design removed, ask us and we will delete what we are not required to keep.
