Prestige Sashes (“we”, “us”) designs and makes custom sashes and celebration pieces in Ghana. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

• Submitting a design through the sash builder is a request, not a completed purchase. Every order is confirmed personally, normally on WhatsApp or by email, where we agree the final quote, timeline and delivery.
• Prices shown on the site are in Ghana cedis and are indicative until confirmed. Group and bulk pricing is agreed per order.
• Payment is arranged when your order is confirmed. We do not take card payments through this website.

• The preview in the sash builder is a mockup. Colours, stitching and finish may vary slightly in the sewn product; we will flag anything that cannot be produced as shown.
• Changes are free before production begins. Once a custom piece is in production it is made for you, so cancellations and changes after that point are at our discretion.
• We may respectfully decline designs we cannot produce or that contain offensive content.

Names, photos, logos and crests you upload remain yours. By submitting them you confirm you have the right to use them, and you give us permission to reproduce them solely to make your order. We only showcase finished pieces in our gallery or social media with the customer's permission.

Everything that makes this website, including its design, layout, text, graphics, photography, the sash builder and the software behind it, is the property of Prestige Sashes and is protected by copyright.

You may browse, share links, and use the builder to design a sash for ordering. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, or create derivative versions of the site, the sash builder, or our designs, whether manually or with automated tools, without our written permission.

Timelines and delivery arrangements are agreed when your order is confirmed, and depend on the design and the season. Graduation periods are busy, so order early. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control, but we will always keep you informed.

We stand behind our work: if something is wrong with your piece, tell us and we will put it right. Beyond that, our liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Ghanaian consumer law.
